Welcome to the Johnson City Dog Park Association's Website.  This is a site dedicated to providing information to the public about the Willow Springs Dog Park located in Johnson City Tennessee.  You will be able to find information on this site about Dog Parks and their benefits, and find out how you can become a member of the park, help by donating, or volunteering.

NOTICE TO DOG PARK MEMBERS – MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

NOTICE: ALL dog park memberships will expire on April 1st (If you don't renew your access card will be de-activated)

Renewal Clinics have been scheduled for the following dates:

Saturday, February 16th 4-6p.m.
Wednesday, February 20th 6-8p.m.
Sunday, February 24th 2-4p.m.

Saturday, March 8th 10am-noon
Wednesday, March 12th 6-8p.m.
Saturday, March 29th 9-11a.m.

Location: Winged Deer Park Administration Office, Bristol Highway

Remember to Bring:
     -  Keycard
     -  Vaccination Records (Current) – Bordatella (Kennel Cough), Distemper, Parvo and Rabies

New 2008 Collar Tags will be distributed at renewal You will receive new tags for your dog(s).

Renewal Price is $35.00 for the first dog and $20 for Additional dog(s).

Renewal is also available Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Winged Deer Park Administration Office  (Please note: The Parks and Recreation office can NO longer accept CASH for fees, please pay by either check or money order made payable to Johnson City Dog Park Association)

What is a Dog Park or Off-Leash Recreation Area (OLRA)?

smdogsinparkA Dog Park, or Off-Leash Recreation Area (OLRA), is a fenced, designated area where dogs may legally run, play and socialize with each other "off-leash" under the supervision and voice control of their owners.
